Returns & Exchanges

At Danielle Frankel, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom bridal commissions and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging with all designer tags and security seals intact to ensure the return is accepted.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the garment for quality, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
