Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express. Please note that international orders may be subject to local duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient at the time of delivery.

What is your return policy for ready-to-wear versus bridal?

Ready-to-wear items can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition. However, all made-to-order bridal gowns and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I ensure I am ordering the correct size?

We provide a detailed size guide on each product page. Since bridal sizing often differs from standard street sizing, we highly recommend having your measurements taken by a professional tailor before placing your order.

Can I request customizations to an existing design?

We offer select modifications on specific bridal styles, such as hem length adjustments or fabric changes. Please contact our concierge team at the time of your order to discuss available bespoke options.

Are your garments available for in-person fittings?

Fittings are available by appointment only at our New York City atelier. For those outside of New York, we partner with select luxury bridal boutiques globally where you can experience the collection in person.
